1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by MOTUS Co., a chiropractic and rehabilitation provider. By booking an appointment, using our services, or accessing our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Definitions

  • "Client" or “Patient”: The individual receiving services.

  • "Practitioner": A licensed professional employed or contracted by MOTUS Co.

  • "Appointment": A scheduled session, either in-person or online.

  • "Services": Any offerings provided under the MOTUS Co. name, including treatment, rehabilitation, coaching, or consultations.

3. Scope of Services

MOTUS Co. offers:

  • Chiropractic care

  • Manual therapy and soft tissue treatment

  • Exercise rehabilitation and gym-based coaching

  • Performance and movement optimization

  • Educational and wellness guidance

All services are tailored to individual needs and delivered in accordance with professional standards and relevant health regulations.

4. Booking & Payment

  • Appointments can be booked via our website, email, or in person.

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless prepaid or arranged otherwise.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, online transfer, or direct booking platforms.

  • Prices are clearly stated on our website and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

5. Cancellation & Missed Appointments

We understand that plans can change. However, as a service-based business, we ask for your cooperation in respecting our time and availability.

Cancellation Policy:

  • More than 24 hours’ notice: No charge.

  • Between 24 and 12 hours’ notice: 50% of the appointment fee will be charged.

  • Less than 12 hours’ notice or missed appointments: 100% of the appointment fee will be charged.

We reserve the right to waive or modify these charges at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

6. Health & Safety

  • Clients are required to disclose all relevant medical information before and during treatment.

  • Any changes in health status must be communicated immediately.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

7. Consent to Treatment

By attending your appointment, you provide informed consent to receive treatment from the practitioner, which may include chiropractic techniques, manual therapy, exercise, or movement-based rehabilitation.

You have the right to:

  • Ask questions.

  • Decline any part of the treatment.

  • Withdraw consent at any time.

8. Filming & Media Use

Occasionally, we may request to record treatment sessions, exercises, or progress for educational and promotional purposes. You will always be asked for clear, written or verbal consent before any filming or photography takes place.

  • You are under no obligation to agree to filming.

  • Your care will not be affected if you decline.

  • If you consent but later change your mind, we will respect your request to remove or stop using your image/content, wherever reasonably possible.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

All client data is stored in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

  • We take all reasonable steps to ensure your safety and the effectiveness of treatment.

  • MOTUS Co. is not liable for any adverse reactions or outcomes resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow guidance.

  • Clients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments and following any aftercare instructions.

11. Complaints & Feedback

We value your feedback and strive to improve our services. If you are dissatisfied or wish to make a complaint, please email us at hello@motusco.co.uk, and we will respond within 5 working days.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
